Global Retail Banking Innovation Award 2023

Our project has received the Global Retail Banking Innovation Award 2023 for building a brand presence in the Metaverse, surpassing 530 projects submitted by 190 banks from around the world.

PKO Bank Polski has won this international award organized by The DIgital Banker magazine in the category of “Outstanding Customer Relations & Brand Engagement Initiative”. The results were announced on October 19 during a ceremony in SIngapore. The jury recognized the bank’s efforts related to building its presence in the Metaverse, especially the successful VIrtual Job Fair which resulted in attracting tech-savvy talent.
